This Privacy Policy explains how Brivan ADV ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service at https://brivanadv.com (the "Service"). The Service allows you to connect your TikTok account and publish video and photo content to it.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect your TikTok account through TikTok's official login (OAuth 2.0), we receive and store the following:

Authorization tokens — the access token and refresh token TikTok issues so we can post on your behalf.
Basic profile information — your TikTok open ID, display name, and avatar (via the user.info.basic scope).
Content you provide — the videos, photos, captions, and posting settings you submit to be published to your TikTok account.
Account information — the email address and account details you use to register with Brivan ADV, if applicable.

2. How We Use Information

To authenticate you and maintain your connection to TikTok.
To publish content you submit to your authorized TikTok account using the TikTok Content Posting API.
To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
To communicate with you about your account and service updates.

We do not use TikTok data for advertising profiling, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your data. We share information only:

With TikTok, as necessary to perform the actions you request (publishing your content).
With infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, database) strictly to operate the Service.
When required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data Storage and Security

Authorization tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed in client-side code or URLs. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Access tokens are short-lived and refreshed automatically; we do not retain them longer than needed to provide the Service.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time, and you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@brivanadv.com. You can also revoke our access directly from your TikTok account settings under "Manage app permissions." Upon disconnection or a deletion request, we delete your stored tokens and associated content within a reasonable period.

6. Compliance with TikTok Policies

Our use of information received through TikTok APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Platform Policies. We only request the minimum scopes needed to provide the Service and only act on content you explicitly submit.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact support@brivanadv.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age required to hold a TikTok account in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
